Thank You Moose Riders #765: A Tribute to Commitment and Community Support
In a world where generosity often competes with pressing schedules and commitments, the dedication of organizations like Moose Riders #765 shines brightly.
This past weekend, despite inclement weather thwarting our planned bike ride fundraiser, the riders refused to let the rain dampen spirits and instead proceeded with their annual dinner and auction to support CASA of Jefferson County. Their support and community spirit showcased once again why nothing compares to fundraisers like this one.
Reflecting on last year’s event with the Moose Riders, it’s evident that our partnership with this remarkable group has catalyzed incredible growth for our program. That evening marked a pivotal moment for CASA, resulting in an astounding influx of 18 new CASA volunteers in just one year. This surge in support has been instrumental in our ability to serve more children in Jefferson County, and we cannot thank Moose Lodge 765 enough for their role in this achievement.
The individuals of the Moose Riders community embody the true spirit of altruism. Chosen by the heart over convenience, they are indeed the salt of the earth, committed to enacting tangible change in the lives of children. Their dedication aligns perfectly with our CASA mission and values, reflecting a shared passion for ensuring a brighter future for the youth in our community.
Our evening together was filled with warmth and camaraderie, punctuated by the wonderful culinary skills of Mrs. Kilgore, whose cookies are a highlight year after year, alongside an array of homemade side dishes that reminded everyone of the simple joys of shared meals. The atmosphere was one of laughter and heartfelt discussions as we exchanged stories, answered questions, and celebrated the Moose Riders’ commitment to supporting children in Jefferson County.
While many organizations deserve to be recognized for their contributions to our community, we are fortunate to have the Moose Riders among the top tier. Their dedication goes beyond mere support; it embodies a powerful sense of purpose and community that fosters hope for those who need it most.
Thank you, Moose Riders #765, for another unforgettable evening and for your ongoing support of CASA of Jefferson County. Your partnership continues to be a lantern of hope for many, and together, we will forge ahead in our mission to advocate for the well-being of every child in our care. Here’s to another successful year in our shared journey of making a difference!
